Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Samasel. We strive to provide you with high-quality streetwear fashion. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless otherwise stated)
  • Items marked as final sale

2. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@samasel.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible. Include all original tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@samasel.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
